SODIUM CITRATE – 500g
Sodium Citrate is a white crystalline powder with little or no odour and a mild salty flavour suitable for food grade purposes. Sodium Citrate can be used as a buffering agent, pH controller, and flavour enhancer in conjunction with citric acid. Sodium Citrate has applications in soft drinks, jelly crystals, and powdered fruit drinks. Sodium Citrate is also known as Citrosodine; trisodium salt; sodium citrate dehydrate. Sodium Citrate complies with BP88?93.
RECOMMENDED USE Sodium Citrate is chiefly used as a food additive, usually for flavour or as a preservative.

Returns Policy.
If you have made a purchase and need to return it for whatever reason, we will happily refund the amount for the goods once the package has been returned in good condition. Return freight is at the expense of the BUYER. Returns are accepted within 14 days of payment.
